Sara Roversi
Sara is an experienced social entrepreneur and thought leader in the food ecosystem. She works with globally recognized think tanks to set the agenda for the sustainable food industry. Described as a game-changer, she drives change with a flair for exploration and prosperity thinking. Over ten years, she has advanced food leaders and youth through education, research, and innovation. In 2014, she founded Future Food Institute Foundation, a purpose-driven ecosystem facilitating positive transformation in life on earth, and in 2020, the Pollica – Paideia Campus, a Mediterranean Living Lab, a prototype of a sustainable village based on integral ecology. She manages the Permanent Secretariat of the Italian Emblematic Communities of the Mediterranean Diet UNESCO and she also holds key roles in multiple influential organizations.
