Jo is a social change practitioner, philanthropy educator, advisor and coach. Passionate about social justice and strong leadership. With a background in health, education and climate, working across 70 countries, she has supported over 300 philanthropists and their families enhance their impact over the last 15 years. A former advisor to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in Europe and trustee of UBS’s Optimus Foundation, Jo sits on the board of a number of private family Foundations in Europe and is the Founder of Philanthropy Insight and the Nordic Philanthropy Summit
