Claudia is a Co-Director of Better Way Foundation, a family foundation focusing on climate justice with a gender inclusive lens, and a co-founder of Circles, a series of gatherings curated to promote awareness, dialogue and increase support towards climate and social action.

For more than 10 years she worked in the philanthropy sector, delivering international projects while working at Ashoka and acting as a strategic advisor to civic participation initiatives in Italy and the rest of Europe. Prior to this, Claudia worked in London in the arts sector, where she managed Prix Pictet, the leading photography prize dedicated to sustainability.

Mother of three energetic children, she holds a Master in Business Administration from ESADE, Barcelona.
